- By using our services, clients and candidates confirm they are over 18 and legally eligible to engage in employment contracts or hire employees in the United Kingdom.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and not misleading.
- Candidates must ensure their CVs, credentials, and legal documents (e.g. work visa, qualifications) are valid and up to date.
4. Candidate Obligations
- You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the recruitment process.
- You consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- You agree not to directly approach or accept employment offers from HealthQuest Staffing clients without our facilitation for a period of 12 months following initial contact.
5. Client Obligations
- Clients must provide accurate job descriptions and hiring requirements.
- Clients agree to pay all applicable fees outlined in the recruitment agreement or invoice.
- HealthQuest Staffing is not liable for any disputes between the employer and employee post-placement unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
6. Fees and Payment Terms
- All fees and payment terms will be outlined in a written agreement or invoice between HealthQuest Staffing and the client.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services or legal action to recover debts.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
- Refund or replacement guarantees will be provided based on terms agreed upon in individual client contracts.
- Candidates may withdraw their applications at any time by notifying us in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
HealthQuest Staffing is not liable for:
- Any losses incurred as a result of hiring decisions made based on our recommendations.
- The performance, behavior, or conduct of any placed candidate after employment.
- Any loss of data or system interruptions on our website.
